VProg is a student community at BME for everyone interested in algorithms and problem solving.

We meet every week to solve competitive programming problems from platforms such as Codeforces, AtCoder, and CSES, and to prepare for competitions including the ICPC.

If you join our sessions, you will:

• Practice challenging problems that develop creative thinking.
• Learn to recognize patterns and break complex tasks into manageable parts.
• Improve your ability to write clear, efficient code under time pressure and debug effectively.
• Deepen your understanding of advanced data structures and algorithms.
• Connect with peers who share your interests and support each other's progress.

To get the most out of the sessions, it is recommended that at least one of the following applies to you:

• You are familiar with the material of ThAlg (Algel) and ITC2 (BSZ2).
• You have prior experience in competitive programming.
